What is the difference between Lift & Slide doors and Tilt & Slide doors?
Lift & Slide doors are made by using the newest technology, which ensures that sliding doors are easily moved and prevent home from energy loss. By turning the handle 180 degrees, the sash is effortlessly lifted off the ground to slide and then lowered back down when closed.
In Tilt & Slide doors the sash slides up and outwards horizontally, not along the floor. Similar to windows, a handle turn will tilt the sash inwards for ventilation - this is useful when there is a need to prevent children or pets from getting out.
